We have a single room for rent in the suburb of LINCOLN ,Selwyn district , Lincoln university just three minute drive from the property .The property is located in a new subdivision .Room available for rent immediately.Property has 2 bathrooms ,two toilets .Tenant has to share the toilets and bathrooms .
There is enough off street parking available.Room is furnished for the occupancy.We are looking for a student or working female as a tenant.We both work full time one person morning and other night shift ,so no partying in the house or loud music or any such activities that disturb the owners .We have a small Friendly dog ,tenant has to be comfortable with pets .We would prefer someone on long term.
We require two weeks of rent as bond .Weekly rent $200 excluding food .Internet included and electricity included.During winter months additional $10 dollars per week for electricity .
